Is There a Transition From Wrath to Grace in History?

In a transcendent now by transcendent, i simply mean superhistorical. God has always been, is and always will be the one who has chosen to turn from wrath to grace in that one supera historical event. This formation furthermore leaves us with another kind of dualism. If reconciliation just is the being of god, then how can we speak about a covenant of grace in the here and now? We would say it makes a mockery of the bible's redemptive history.
