Using Zeus on Multiple Devices and Connecting Back to Your Own Node?

Short channel IDs, which are sort of short channel ID aliases, were last summer we got those in there. Prior to them, you would basically docs your UTXOs if you had private channels in route hints and invoices. With SD ID aliases, it's basically a random number. So there's no way of tying it back to an on-chain UTXO. Anaki with Finch came in with another question about the VSS conceptually. What is conceptually?
