The Importance of Intervening in Criminal Behavior
Not all criminal behavior is worthy of a physical response. But you have to, I think if you live in New York, which is different from visiting because you don't build the skills through visiting. If you're living there, you just become comfortable with the defense mechanisms and can recognize that this person's probably up to no good but not going to take them on about it.
