The Darkest Secrets of Rust of 1.66

Rust has a new feature called black box. Black box is an identity function that can be used to hide secrets from the compiler. It's only useful if you already know what it does, so don't rely on it for benchmarking purposes. There was long debate about whether or not this should have its own documentation. The name "black box" doesn't really fit but we're going to go ahead and use it anyway because there are too many crates out there with similar names.
