The Importance of Setting Standards in Coffee Shops
The technology can be just agnostic. It needs to be a servant to create more success according to what you've decided to serve your community based on your knowledge of them. People will learn that you're there to serve them and they'll give it a shot. But if you're coming in there, like, "You all don't know good coffee, but we're here to save you" That's not going to work. You're basically just barking up the wrong tree. So that's what I wanted to share with you today. Hope that makes sense.
