The Evolution of OUX
The first workshop that I remember you being in was like 2016, I mean 2017. So you've been using this for a while. Can you talk a little bit about just how it sort of how OUX has evolved within your agency and what that looks like now? Sure. And I have been using it for way before we even have the certification course. It's actually turned into a kind of a mission critical tool for discovery and conversations with business stakeholders and then the bridging conversations with our devs.
