The Importance of Sport in My Life

I remember as a 16 year old kid, 1996, young teenage me watching back at home, he Lee and the pace, won the Olympic bronze medal in hockey. And I saw Lee and the signing on the podium, tear rolling down his cheeks, the Indian flag going up. That was my moment of inspiration. The final one of winning an Olympic medal myself as a player, that remained unfulfilled. But for me to get the opportunity to work in sport every single day to work with the best players in the country, some of them the best in the world, it's just an honor and privilege.
