The Importance of Understanding People's Motivations

I think that being able to, like, you know, I know this sounds naive, but, well, not naive, it sounds simplistic. Just talking somebody and understanding what their motivations are. And then gets you a long way. You know, to date, we haven't made any or for mistakes. I'm sure we will,. because companies change, leadership changes. So, it's complicated. But it's interesting what you're saying is that you're, you're, the way you make a choice about whether or not to invest into technology is the people. There's the human. It's like, oh, yeah, as if that it's back to us again. John
