Communication Is the Antidote to Impatience

A lot of where impatience comes from is, why are we not making this better on a date a day or like ticket to ticket kind of level. Getting that communication out there is, it's so important. I think the world of o like rigid hierarchies, and call me mister x, because i'm two wrongs above you are gone,. It's, yes, the work environment is collaborative, but i think inside of that is, i think it paralyze people a little bit in terms of what they can say.
