I love when we are just like cruising, like, i think for me it's become a meditation to because i put my phone down for an hour. I find a lot of the time, i end up leaving the vocalescent calmer. The whole thing was very zen moment, even in the silence when we're breathing. When people can let go, it makes all the difference in the world. Because if you can't trust your r than who can you really trust totally?
