How to Separate Yourself From the News?
I'm a really highly empathetic person. I absorb the feelings of other people, which is probably not great. So when I know other people are happy, I feel really happy. This happens to my grandma as well where she feels people so deeply. She'll watch something on the news and then she'll start feeling bad for those people. What advice would you have for her to maybe like separate herself from that?
