The Beauty of Classical Music
I find Shuman is not one of those composers I immediately find myself drawn to. There's never a complete lack of hope in Shuman's writing. And if you don't really get or feel an affinity with a piece at first don't give up on it because you start noticing things that you didn't notice before. So at this next choice is mine and this is a piece by Nicholas Bretell called Agape. It's so simple actually as a melody compared with the Lutislavski for instance but it's just so much emotionally and I love that.
