The Bottleneck in Higher Education?
The education business is one of the ones that has the biggest problems with asmetric information. I think there's much too much persistence in kind of disciplinary lines and modes of inquiry. If those students controlled tuition resources that universities were competing for, i think the universities would be more more ponsive to the changing landscape.
