Chris Elizabeth has a book coming out power players about presidents and sports. It's essentially an attempt to look at the sports presidents played, spectated and loved whether when they were kids or when they were adults. Nixon was a very good bowler he actually bolded a 227 he had bowling lanes installed in the White House. LBJ never showed any interest in any sport ever except as a means to an end he befriended Richard Russell and the Senate through baseball.
