The Importance of Zygote in Manipulation

Al Meili's idea is to make a larger time gap in between the manipulation and the action that takes place. So his idea was, well, what if you had like some kind of God or goddess who engineers a zygote and implants it into a specific person? And then complete that action 30 years later. Do you think that this changes anything for your view about whether this person is praise worthy for if it's a good action and they did it for the right reasons? I guess I'm a little bit confused.
