How Do You Position Yourself in Front of People?

When rose was at the agency, there was a whole unit devoted to producing propaganda. I never worked with them, so i don't know exactly whether they were clandestine service officers or bespoke group that was recruited because of some specific skill they had. Of course, it definitely seems like something that could very well have happened. But those kinds of resources would be under the roof there.
