The Second Circuit's Deletion in Heller
Olido: The alido concurrence just evicerates the briar descent, point by point. I haven't seen a concurrence take down a descent like this in a long, long time. As long as you can find history on one side, you know, you can say why you get to ignore that history and keep that history, you end up with the same result.
