Criticizing the Court's Decisions Isn't a Political Thing, Right?
The public might find it subsidizing and troubling to learn at the Constitution apparently just in acts, the Republican Party's platform into law. And that might pass some doubt on its legitimacy if its legitimacy derives from some sense that the work of the court stands at least two-degree outside of the work of ordinary, or low-level kind of politics.
