The consensus story about college and then even education earlier is that people are learning skills. You know, some people point to that a well functioning democracy requires an educated citizenry. So it's like if I have a wage premium because I went to college, it should be because I learned something in college, but I just told you I forgot a ton of things. so why should I be paid for that?
