Workplace Mental Health - I'm Sorry to Be Wrong

I like to think that if I'm wrong, I'm open to being wrong. The only data I tend to see in that space is produced by the providers who are selling the services. There's plenty of junk science often putting a lovely bow tie and sold it in a really lovely way. It can be hard if you don't have sort of an academic discipline in an area of particular expertise to differentiate between what's good and what's junk science. And I think that's where there's a vast room for improvement.
