Are We Talking About a Hickup Within a Competition?
A slump is an extended decrease in performance over time. You don't necessarily work your way out of the slump. But you've also got to make sure that you are doing the right things mentally and reflecting constructively on each workout. The hiccup, the mistake, tho set back, is temporary. It's not represented if it doesn't tell the truth about me. I'm going to treat those long, longer term mistakes again, as limited, and as, again, not representative of who i am.
