Octavia's Life and Work

Octavia's mind became full of alternative worlds, and then she discovered superhero comics. She loved characters that had crazy powers like being able to fly and travel in time. It inspired Octavia to write her own stories, which she jotted down on scraps of paper  and would show to her mother. Whilst at college in the 1960s, she entered writing competitions but felt she didn't get much support from those close to her.
