Emms: What Warren buffet did, by going door to door in the neighborhood to get ten thousand dollars from neighbors, is pretty much illegal. In most states, you can't do thatr there's all kinds of restrictions on you. He says he wants to teach some inner city kids how to do this and have em go out there and make something of their lives instead of going to jail. "It's just eliminated the ability to do what i did to become a millionaire," Emms says.
