InterTech Pivot Receives Approaches for Fertilizer Business
KMD's share price fell 9% yesterday after it said trading in the June quarter was more challenging on the back of rising cost of living pressures. flagship brand Catmandu has experienced the slower start to its winter trading period, particularly compared to last year. Sales have also been impacted by a warmer start to winter in Australia. Now, InterTech Pivot has received a number of approaches, possibly from Asian buyers, for its fertilizer business.
