We are doing the things that are most some of the things hat are most effective for producing changes in your body's fitness by doing these other workouts,. These other thingsto they all fit together, susking like a package. Those are the big threes. Lots of other stuff. Wont into this, but those were the big tree that's fantastic. And it's almost a reassuring that what you ere doing when you ere young, competitive athlete, and now that you're an aged athlete, 50 and above, it's not too dissimilar training, is it?
