I actually liked what you said about on-siting versus I guess maybe if you have a long-term red point and you really know the moves maybe it's harder to calm the mind and really focus. You don't actually have to go through a process of working that much out whereas when you're on-sited I guess you're just looking at the next bit looking where your feet might go or imagining what those holds might be like given what they look like. So yeah I think that was a really interesting thing and it probably kind of really yeah almost helps really keep you in the moment and keep you focused.
