James Carville: Courage would always be connected with fear, right? Right. I dealt with some leaders recently who lacked the courage to change their minds because they felt it was a sign of weakness. He says one leader in the group had the courage to confront and to change his mind on something that he didn't like. And then suddenly you realize, I'm actually serving in the interest of maintaining my position rather than serving as a way to serve the organization.
