Is There a Paradox of Choice?
I believe in individual choice and if you really are doing individual choice, then that means individual appetite to risk. I think sub-specialists kind of have a tail to the other end of the spectrum of not having the time because they're always working in this academia,. This is what it is. These are the numbers. We need to keep furthering our field as opposed to a general doctor maybe more interested in your general life holistically. How is this going to impact you? When a patient comes into my office and I make a diagnosis, one of the first questions I ask them is what they think is going on.
