A lot of the criticisms about effective ultrism and things like that are based on a spread she approach, which is to say you don't account for new as or less tangible stuff. But there's an indicator in the real world, otherwise you wouldn't even notice it,. So again, there are differences in outcomes that you'd expect from someone being nice to a patient versus not right? It has brilliant reviews all the time because it's really good. And i've been running into this exact problem this week with people who think they're better than other doctors but aren't.
