What Is a Must for Some Is Good for All?

When i read the book, i did not see it as a book only for young people. A quote that i heard over the course of my research that is very much stuck with me is the idea that what is a must for some is good for all. We certainly see the disparity at the senior levels as well where you have disparities around who gets promoted to management. And in the us, there have been studies that have shown that asian american s actually are promoted at the lowest rates of all ethnic minorities. This is now mid level management level.
