Judge Maran has been on the bench since i was in elementary school. He's a little bit hard of hearing, but he's not stupid. A lot of people, wi think we are really frustrated with some of the things he's allowing to happen. There is a specific way that it works, and it is hard to watch, especially if you've never seen it before.
