Make sure you're eating enough and staying there long enough. There's no right or wrong way, but i did see this particular clint was putting on a little more body fat than we wanted. I so personally attacked yo that lack of consistency. Not lifting an ogh or not being consistent are basically same thing. Three times a week is kind of the the gold standard. And then all the way up to five, possibly six.
