The Importance of Learning About Yourself

Fat dieting is probably one of the worst things you can possibly do to your body in terms of your health. You're constantly hungry and that can make you really anxious and stressed. It leads to binge eating, it leads to these feelings of food addiction. If you let yourself eat whatever you want, you'd be fine. So psychologically, I was ready. I ditched the diet, but then I started to learn about myself. And that's something that I feel, you know, like it's massively empowering feeling for me.
