The Supreme Court's Decision to Overrule the Student Medical Services Case
The chief joined the more liberal justices to keep that Louisiana admitting privileges requirement from going into effect. One possible explanation was just about sending a message to the lower courts about whose job it is to overrule the court's cases, he says. The really important question will be what he does on the merits if in fact the court decides to take up the student medical services case.
