Is There a Proper Stiff Leg Deadlift?

RDL is a way more flex knee position where we're emphasizing a little bit more glutes. A stiff leg deadlift is going to emphasize a more straight knee position. For whatever reason, getting people to hinge and push their glutes back in an RDL, I don't know why so many people struggle with that. But just telling them online, hey, push your glutes back. Just, you know, push yourglutes back and flex the knees, bend your knees a little bit.
