A lot of Russians have been vying to try to come to the United States. I doubt that would be the case because moving to Europe is a bit easier, which is also consideration for them. It just sounds like a backdoor deal between Fideh and the Russian Federation to my eyes. You cannot move to the U.S., but you can move anywhere in Europe. Can they also go to Asian countries?
