The Importance of Time

Some people imagine when I say simplicity, when I say cut your expenses, that there's no enjoyment. Why? Because we've been trained to live a good life equals spend money. So the truth is exactly the opposite. What gives the Spanish that balance? It's time. They take a break from work. They have that time in the middle of the day to slow down, to relax, take a break and appreciate what they are doing.
