How to Leverage People's Stringts
Many firms don't share the business side of what they do because they are afraid and potentially embarrassed to show how little they about what they're doing. Many of these firms are generational, right? They've come from generations that have sort of not known. And so some of it is sort of traditional and cultural that it's secretive. But a lot of firms are not run well. They don't because they didn't learnit. It's just the way the profession has been over over the generations. That should be some inspiration and motivation to figure out what you're doing so you can be more open and transparent with your employees.
