How Did You Reduce the Scope of Your Product?

i wonder how much of it comes down to you having built the right thing in the first place. I think one of our invessors was talking to me about the witi, you know, you have to be really confident in what your north star is. And card's north star was largely derived from convenience for me. The whole idea was, yo, i want to do a sight builder, but i don't want to do something huge and gigantic that's going to take me 30 years to write on my own.
