The Aspirational Bill to Change the Way We Think
"I have a yearning to be practical. I went to COP26 in order to get angry with people because we were going to the toilet," he says. "We've got to start building the communities together, getting rid of your plastic bottles and all sorts of things" The Labour MP for Fulham adds that his bill is an 'aspirational' one which aspires to changing the way Britain thinks about climate change.
