The problem with happiness is when you try to retain it. You behave as a happy person, you try to smile all the time and little by little you play happiness instead of feeling it. In mindless things, in that definition happiness could be confused with passion. Having a passion in life is an advantage because you know exactly what you want to do,. It's helps a lot when you have days of anger or days of sadness.
