The average maturity on the debt is 14 years. The average interest rate is 4.2%. And I think 90% of it or so is fixed rate. But equally, when you look at it compared to the equity, it's pretty much exactly 100% debt to equity ratio. They're not thinking, right, we're going to stick with 50 billion dollars of debt on the balance sheet forever.
