You can start following people that are kind of a drag, and you just have to unfollow them. You shouldn't know what someone's wife looks like if you've never met them. If you can notice it, you can start a new account. I think my facebook is like that, cause its jus like legacy friends from college. And we also have access to more information, more perspectives, more i like, you read three books when you were in high school,. It's like, you could get 300 books, basely summarized, about happiness on the internet. More information gives more perspectives, which can help you.
