The Impact of Airbnb Rentals on Housing Prices

I saw on Twitter chart and looked at one of the real estate markets about in a relationship between listings and Airbnb properties. And that's got, you know, I'm a new home construction. That's why the more it won't affect our market. It will be interesting to see what that does to housing prices. In some of these bigger cities where there's a significant amount of those, there's no way that doesn't impact the supply.
