Higher State of Consciousness

Most altered sta of consciousness are rejected as being illusory and illusory. But why is it then that certain altered states of consciousness have the opposite? Why do i feel like i woke up, that i became ight an adult to my previous form that seemed to me like a child? What's going on? I call this the problem of the anto normativity. It taps into those platonic meter drives of getting your fulness, of being your real self, and getting the fulness of contact reality.
