We use fresh sales. We can implement for all of our customers now. So we've actually implemented it for a few real estate investors and they love it because it literally does everything for you. It like runs our business for us. And so all that I'm really now doing is focused on my real-term relationship, title company, probate attorney. Like when the rubber hits the road and we're at that closing phase, I get involved. If you can be anywhere your customer is and you make it easy for them to do business with you, that's how you're going to get deals.
