"I was laying in my bed that night. That's when I decided and I wasn't going to tell anybody I didn't want anyone to intervene," she says. "When I put the gun to my head, I would have this vision of like, how would play out? Like somebody's going to find you." The only other person who had a key to her apartment at the time was her 13-year-old son Hunter. A statistic said one in three children from a parent that committed suicide would do it as well.
