stop fixing women was a book by an Australian journalist called Catherine Fox and she argued that for too long the discourse in workplaces was there's something wrong with the women if they just acted more like men. Women at least a lot of women are doing all those things and they're still not getting into it right so it turns out that no matter how much you lean in the women actually didn't need to be fixed right. What needed to be fixed was the workplaces and workplaces were built for men and by men and we just tinkered with them as we added women to them since sort of the 60s and the 70s in big numbers.
