"I've really just loved his books. The first one came out in 2006 and it's called Beyond Racial Gridlock," she says. "He looks at four different models for dealing with race and racism, colorblindness, Anglo conformity, multiculturalism and white responsibility." She adds that as time passed, 15 years go by or even more, he kind of realized that those four models had worked their way down to two. 'As time had changed, it had really turned into colorblindness and anti racism'
