The Importance of Mentors

"I don't like to be on the precipice. I'm happy once I've tipped off of it, that moment of tipping off of it is exhilarating," she says. "The least you know right then, the more you study it, the better you'll get at it." She's been lucky in her career to have some really good mentors and looked at every single one of her coworkers as a mentor.
